About Spokane County Court Docket

Spokane County case information is divided among the Superior Court Clerk, the District Court clerk, municipal courts, and Washington search systems. Our purpose is to make that split easier to follow. The site directs readers to the official portal, counter, mailing route, or phone number that fits the court and record involved.

Why We Built This Site

Public access begins with the correct custodian. The Spokane County Clerk keeps Superior Court and Juvenile files, while the District Court clerk keeps limited-jurisdiction matters. Spokane, Cheney, and Airway Heights maintain municipal records for their courts. State tools help locate cases across Washington, but an index is not the complete clerk file. We organize official links, local case-number guidance, request routes, and court contacts so readers can reach the office that can verify a record.

What You Will Find Here

  • Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Spokane County
  • Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
  • Case lookups: how to run a case search by party name or case number through the statewide portal
  • Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Washington court, clerk of court, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results.
