Find Spokane Valley Dockets

Start with Spokane County District Court for any Spokane Valley docket search, since the city contracts with the county rather than running its own municipal court. The local service office is city-branded. It does not keep a separate Spokane Valley docket. That matters for tickets and small claims, which carry a county case number even when the event happened inside Spokane Valley. Read the issuing court on your paperwork first, then look up the case by number, name, or hearing date in the county system. Felonies, major civil matters, family law, and probate belong to Spokane County Superior Court instead. Before you head to a hearing, check the location field on the docket entry so you show up at the right courthouse.

Spokane Valley's Contracted District Court Service

The city office page says Spokane Valley contracts with Spokane County District Court. The Valley office assists with non-jailable and traffic matters, small-claims information, payment plans, and traffic school. That city-branded office does not create a separate municipal court or extend District Court jurisdiction to felonies or major Superior Court matters.

The County Court Viewer supplies separate District Court searches by case number, name, and hearing date. Results can identify the case, documents, hearings, location, hearing type, judicial officer, and status. A result may carry County District Court branding even when the citation or incident arose in Spokane Valley.

Spokane Valley Court Dates and Settings

Use the hearing-date page or the hearings tab for the case and preserve every location field. County traffic-infraction hearings are held at the Valley location, but other District Court settings may be elsewhere.
